Devoted Creations offers a special program to Salons to promote advertising their businesses in conjunction with our products.

Our plan is simple and easy for Salon owners to use. We will subsidize your Salon advertising budget by
paying forty (40%) per cent of your qualifying advertisements from your Advertising Incentive Pool. This is in addition to the other rebate and incentive programs we offer.

How To Participate:
Submit your Final Advertisement copy, advertising invoices, together with our Advertising Cooperative
Request Form. As soon as we receive your documents, we will determine your eligibility for Salon
reimbursement and the size of your Advertising Incentive Pool.

Devoted Creations/Pure Exclusive

The amount of our participation credit will be based upon your total Devoted Creations and/or Pure purchases, your advertisement, the cost of the advertisement and your Devoted Creations and/or Pure ordering history.

Your advertisement must exclusively promote Devoted Creations/Pure and your Salon. Devoted Creations logo and/or Pure logo must be prominently displayed in at least 40% of the advertisement. The inclusion of other products or brands in the advertisement disqualifies your advertisement from this program.

Advertising Incentive Pool
We create an Advertising Incentive Pool for your Salon to use based upon three (3%) per cent of your total qualifying purchases of Devoted Creations and three (3%) per cent of your total qualifying purchases of Pure, for products purchased from November 1, 2007-July 31, 2008.

You will receive reimbursement for qualifying advertisements up to the limits of your advertising pool.

In the event your Salon purchases are in excess of $10,000.00 in Devoted Creations qualifying products, we will increase your advertising pool to 4% of total purchases. In the event your Salon purchases are in excess of $10,000.00 in Pure qualifying products, we will increase your advertising pool to 4% of total purchases.

Once your ad artwork is complete, please email, fax, or mail your ad to Devoted Creations, Inc., attention Advertising Rebate, Fax # (813) 855-9334 for written approval; or send via e-mail to Sales@devotedcreations.com, or via mail to Rebate Director; Devoted Creations, Inc., 3874 Tampa Road, Oldsmar, Florida 34677.

All co-operative ads must exclusively promote Devoted Creations and/or Pure and be approved in writing by Devoted Creations, Inc. prior to printing release to insure qualification and to confirm rebate. Please mark all submitted ads with a Salon address, contact name and phone number. All requests and approvals must be provided in writing. We will contact you with written approval and/or recommend any revisions that may be required.

The Devoted Creations and/or Pure logo must appear in your advertisement and our products must utilize a minimum of 40% of the total ad space to receive a rebate. Leaflets, Billboards, television, radio and other
types of advertising are not included in this program, unless the promotion is given prior written approval by Devoted Creations, Inc.
